As MEPH Engineers, CIBSE Low Carbon Consultants and Energy Assessors, energy efficiency and reducing carbon emissions has been engrained in our day to day activities since the Part L regulations 2006. MEES stands for minimum energy efficiency standards. OME carried out energy assessments and energy improvements to the commercial spaces at Gainsborough Studios and we helped the landlords achieve a higher rating so they can stay ahead of the curve in terms of emerging MEES.
