We help you achieve better project delivery by solving your Mechanical, Electrical, Public health, Energy and Sustainability challenges. Our team of experienced Consultants support your wider organisation by producing the design, drawings and documentation needed for a successful construction project. We have experience with projects across many sectors and are accredited to assist with projects of all sizes.
Along with the Architects, Structural Engineers and others, we are appointed as part of the primary design team. Our role fundamentally is to design the mechanical, electrical and public health systems. The MEPH systems are all of the elements of a buildings infrastructure that transport, store, modify and utilise data, energy, water, and air. You draw the buildings and we will fill in the gaps.
We believe the design should be implemented as intended. If we have provided you with an MEPH design it is very important to us that this is delivered effectively on site. We can provide construction stage input to review the installation against the design intent and to witness the completed systems functioning.
Bridging the knowledge gap. We can advise on, help implement and provide certification for the energy efficiency measures needed to keep up with todays ever increasing requirements.
Integrating the Energy Consultancy with the MEPH design early on in the project helps ensure the strategy is feasible and can be implemented in a practical manner. We have expertise in all things BREEAM, SBEM, SAP.
We believe in a collaborative and client-focused approach. By working closely with our clients, we are able to understand their needs and deliver solutions that achieve the desired outcome.
Working with the design team, we follow the RIBA work stages as a framework and can cover the necessary ACE schedule of services. We can also offer bespoke systemised approaches for organisations that wish to operate an alternative approach.
The landscape of construction design is changing rapidly. With more emphasis on renewables and sustainability, comes an array of new regulations, roles, and responsibilities. But sometimes it can feel like there are too many new variables pulling in all directions, which can limit project traction.
We endeavour to use a pragmatic approach to simplify the complicated because having the right expertise correctly linked together just makes things flow more smoothly. The key elements that we believe constitutes excellent service are continuity, integrity and availability.
We love our customers to feel respected and to know that their enquiry is important to us, we aim to respond back ASAP.
